We closed our doors temporarily in March of 2020 in response to COVID-19 . While we remained closed to the public through most of 2020, we made facility, technology, and process improvements to help provide a safe environment for our guests and team members. 

FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS

  1. We removed walls and furniture to create more space

  2. Improved our outdoor patio and entrances.

  3. Created designated areas for tables & chairs with adequate spacing between tables.

  4. Installed Premium Air filters in all HVAC units.

  5. Installed Social distancing markers and floor decals throughout the venues.

  6. Placed COVID-19 Safety signage throughout the venues.

  7. Limited Party sizes to 50% capacity. (65 people or less at St. Charles and 175 people or less at Cheshire Bridge RD.)

  8. No-touch trash receptacles throughout.

  9. No-touch temperature screening before entry.

  10. Installed Touchless Hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue.

  11. We will only host one event per day to allow adequate cleaning prior to each event.

Team Member protocols

  1. Knock team members must wear gloves and masks during the entirety of each event. 

  2. Each Knock team member assigned to your event is tested at least 2 weeks before the event date and screened for COVID symptoms prior to the start of each event.

  3. Entertainment staff will coordinate activities at a safe distance from event guests. 

  4. Staff is encouraged to provide frequent cleaning and disinfecting of all high-touch surfaces. High touch surfaces include Tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.

  5. All Knock Music House 3rd party vendors and event partners agree to comply with all safety standards and procedures. 

CLEANING Protocols

  1. Thorough cleaning and disinfection of venues provided by Atlanta Cleaning Company before the start of each event.  

  2. All venue surfaces are sprayed with an electric ULV electrostatic atomizer and fogger.

  3. We use EPA and CDC-approved COVID-19 disinfectants only - Performacide EPA Reg. No. 87508-3  

  4. Disposable masks and gloves for guests are available on request.

  5. Premium disposable dinnerware is used for all events until further notice.
